No Athlete Left Behind is a donor-led organization founded by Lee Smith that connects young, underprivileged athletes with the resources needed to attack life on and off the playing field. With your support, children and teens from all backgrounds can enjoy a bright and successful future.

By providing essential resources, mentorship, and opportunities, NALB helps young athletes overcome challenges both on and off the field. Every dollar donated goes directly to helping a child rise above the cycle of poverty, substance abuse, and crime.

Becoming the Role Model He Needed

By the time Powell native Lee Smith first stepped on the field as a professional football player, he knew a thing or two about second chances — the wayward tight end had already blown through fifty of them. Lee’s dream to provide first and second chances to young athletes like himself started during his 11-year NFL career. Now retired, he’s putting faith, football, and family first to become the role model kids in our communities need.

Every Triple F franchise carries the NALB mission into its community — connecting local underprivileged athletes with training scholarships, mentorship, and support.
